Returns/Refund Notice

When an order is made, buyers are entitled to withdraw the order within 7 (seven) working days from the delivery date without incurring any penalty. Return must be made within 30 (thirty) days post-withdrawal notice with the original product package intact, alongside a copy of the invoice. If products are returned damage, the buyer is deemed liable.

In a situation where an order does not reach its intended destination within 20 working days, the buyer will be fully refunded.

Customers are aware of the features of the products advertised on our site and are purchasing the same with full knowledge of the same.  They may only return products in an unopened and untampered state. Masks are a personal hygiene product and cannot be accepted back once the package has been opened.

You are responsible for shipping the product to our returns department. For your protection, we recommend obtaining a tracking number from the Post Office, UPS, or whatever means you choose to return. Return to the address below:

If you meet the return policy requirements, you will then be credited the purchase price of the product only. You will receive a confirmation email for your refund. If you order multiple masks and want to keep few of them then for those masks you will be charged £24.99 per mask. We will refund the remaining amount on your account once the mask(s) have been received and our quality team approves the product as per our standards. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
