Returns/Refund Notice

When an order is made by a buyer, the buyer shall be entitled to cancel the said order within 14 (Fourteen) working days from the day the goods come into the physical possession of the Consumer or Recipient of the order without incurring any penalty. The return of an order must be made within 30 (Thirty) days post-cancellation notice with the original product package intact, alongside a copy of the invoice. In a situation where an order does not reach its intended destination within 20 working days, the buyer shall be fully refunded.

In a case of misrepresentation regarding the nature or quality of the product by the company which was relied on by the buyer, the buyer shall be entitled to a remedy such as rescission, refund and or compensation depending on the circumstances.

Products can only be returned in an unopened and untampered state. If products are certified “damaged” after an evaluation is conducted, the buyer shall be liable. Masks are a personal hygiene product and cannot be accepted by the Company once the package has been opened.

Where a buyer intends to return an order, the buyer shall be responsible for the cost of shipping the product to our Returns department. For your protection, we recommend obtaining a tracking number from the Post Office, UPS, or whatever means you choose to return. Returns should be made to the address below:

Where the return policy requirements are fully met, the buyer shall be refunded the purchase price of the product as well as the initial delivery charges within 14 days of receipt by the Company and will receive a confirmation email for the refund. If a buyer initially orders multiple masks and intends to keep a few of them after the order has been made, the said buyer will be charged £24.99 per mask for the number of masks in question. A refund of the remaining amount will be made on the buyer’s account once the mask(s) have been received and approved by the Quality Team based on the Company’s standards. In this instance, note that the initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
